Education:

He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, ULACIT (2001), a Post Degree in Senior Management from Universidad Latina de Panamá, (2003) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Emphasis in Business Management from Universidad Latina de Panamá (2004). He is a Banking Technician (Universidad Católica Santa Maria la Antigua) and Insurance Technician, General Branches by INTEC in conjunction with the Superintendence of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama.

Experience:

He began his career in 1986 at Banco Comercial de Panamá (BANCOMER), and later at Banco Internacional de Costa Rica, S.A. (BICSA), serving as Credit Analyst, Business Executive, Financial Leasing Executive, Broker and Legal Representative of BICSA Valores, among other positions, until 2006.

From 2006-2010 he held the position of General Manager of Mundial Factoring, and from 2010-2011 as General Manager and President Director of Factoring & Finance Corp. From 2011 he started as Business Manager at BICSA, and from 2013 to date he has served as Country Manager Panama at the same Bank. He is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bicsa Capital and member of the Board of Directors of Central Fiduciaria, S.A.
