Education:

She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua. she also has a Master’s Degree with emphasis in Finance from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and Logistics of International Trade from Universidad Latinoamericana de Comercio Exterior.

Experience:

She has extensive experience in the Insurance Industry, specifically in the Insurance Brokerage sector, leading mainly in the areas of Business, Finance, Strategy and Operations.

She is a founding partner of Kelpia Advisors, an Insurance Brokerage and Strategic Consulting firm.

For more than 15 years she was part of the executive team of Seguros Morrice y Urrutia, S.A. acquired in 2014 by Marsh & McLennan Companies, today Marsh Panamá, S.A.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Siuma Corp. and is part of the Association of Women Directors of Panama, a non-profit organization whose main objective is to encourage the participation of women on Boards of Directors, through updating and developing programs for the identification, recruitment, empowerment and feedback of qualified women executives, board members or have the potential to be effective directors.
