It is the fiduciary business in which investing or placing sums of money to any title is specified as the main objective, in conformance with the instructions established by the trustor in the respective contract.
This business may be carried out through commercial trust contracts or fiduciary orders, and thus, it is necessary for the contracts to indicate the modality under which they are signed. There are two types of investment trusts, as explained below:
Corresponding to the trust business in which the types of bonds, securities, projects or others are determined, and where investments may be carried out by the trustee.
It is the fiduciary (trust) business carried out with the mutual investment funds for the fiduciary administration (management) of its investments.
